      Yikes, we are sorry to hear that you don't like the performance metrics and don't feel recognized for your contributions and the efforts you're putting in. We recognized that sometimes the work of leaving 100 voicemails can be grueling, but it's still important to our collections efforts. We highly value our Collectors and know the work you do can be very challenging. We do take your feedback seriously and will share this with our leadership team. We are glad to see that you enjoy having a flexible schedule and paid time off.

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
