We absolutely agree with you that we seek out talent who shares our values -- to be real, be courageous, be nimble, be dependable, and be kind and pay it forward. We're always looking for smart, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and improve. Those who are successful tend to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We are about to begin our mid-year review process and we do a formal end of year performance review, but timely, constructive feedback should happen regularly and as needed during one-on-one meetings with your leader.
