      - release process is overly bureaucratic, even by fintech standards - since ADS took over, everything takes much longer to complete

      We can appreciate that it was difficult for you to transition from the speed of "start-up culture" and adjust to working for a larger banking organization, with responsibilities to multiple financial regulatory agencies. Since ADS purchased the start-up, there has definitely been an adjustment period for some of our associates. We remain glad you enjoyed your teammates and the office space, even though the ownership change was not a fit for you. Wishing you the best of luck!

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
