Complicated incentive structure. Shark tank-ish environment due to structure being based on how you rank amongst your peers. Incentive is only good if entire team does well, which does leave a bad taste in top collectors mouths . Especially because they pay incentive to the top 40% instead of paying their top 20% better but in my opinion would bring in more money. Training isn’t great. Difficult job for a first time collector but if you can collect, this is a great job that can turn into a long time career.
