      You're right, we can provide great job security for dedicated and hard working employees. We celebrate milestones for employees reaching 20 and 25 year anniversaries often! We use industry data to help provide competitive and fair pay for all employees. Annual reviews provide opportunity for performance and COLA increases.

      Work life balance is great, hybrid and WFH schedules are available in some departments, not a lot of micromanaging, employees are nice and happy for the most part. There are opportunities for advancement if you are a good worker and advocate for yourself. Communication is key!
