Company didnt have your back when certain situations would arise, I was promised things when hired on to get me over there and start working, they failed and lied about it after being questioned after it wasnt on contract.

Easy work, great co workers

Too many unnecessary office employees, and management. Driver facing cameras. Childish policies. A lot of brainstorming that mostly revolves around how to blame a driver or how to take money back out of drivers pockets in favor of paying people in the office whose jobs should be consolidated or replaced. They started paying more after Covid because their hand was forced, then the big minds got together and made new policies to take more than half of that money back from the driver and people who work overtime because clearly those people aren’t smart enough to figure that out and will just take it.
