In a world getting more reliant on automation, Brethren still has the personal touch.

In this industry, I'd be hard pressed to find a better employer.

This company has existed for nearly 150 years and until recently had fallen behind in technology and innovation but in the last 5 years has made amazing progress.

Salary is mid point in industry but work life balance and family friendly management makes up for it. Many employees have siblings and children working there, which says a lot about the culture.
