The tavern has an awesome environment and people!

Job was a little bit disorganized.

They paid well, and were accommodating with schedules for almost everyone.

Management was awful. -I’ve never seen so many people fired in such a short time. Three hostesses were hired around the same time as me, and we were all fired the same month. I ended up getting fired three weeks into working there because I “sat people incorrectly.” Mind you, I had only been working there 10 hours/week for training and was put on my first Saturday alone. -Another hostess had her phone out at the host stand and we both got screamed at by the manager. I was a “trainee”, and didn’t have my phone out. And I don’t mean we were scolded and written up. I mean, we were literally SCREAMED at. in front of customers/coworkers. (And, like I said, I didn’t even have my phone out. I was just standing there)
