The only real positive is the hard working coworkers who are stuck dealing with the same chaos.

The culture Bridge used to brag about is long gone. Leadership is reactive, constantly scrambling instead of planning. People are shuffled into roles with no clear direction, only for entire teams to disappear when leadership changes its mind. Turnover is sky-high, morale is at rock bottom, and there’s no stability.
