Working at BridgePoint means working side-by-side with clinical experts who are passionate about caring for patients and their families. I consider myself fortunate to serve along some of the most intelligent and thoughtful leaders in LTAC and Skilled Nursing.

Great company, no cons I can think of.

There are some great people that work for Bridgepoint and for that reason alone working here was somewhat tolerable.

They downsize departments and expect you to figure it out without any support. Numerous payroll issues. Love also never getting annual raises. Lack of oversight and employees that expect others to bend over backwards for them. Rules and expectations are only for a few while others get to willfully ignore them.
