-transparent communication / open door policy -friendly team passionate about their work -flexibility in working schedule for most but may be more difficult for those supporting client projects -remote and hybrid working is the norm in the Americas -recognition programs/annual reviews

-some areas of business do not have clear paths for growth/promotion -some areas of business run too lean making workloads difficult but on the bright side, always busy!

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
