      You will get lot to learn. Many helpful seniors. Overall management is good. Some projects are really good. Your life in IT will become smooth if you do hard work here since there are many to help and guide you

      Even if you are technically strong and show your charm you will be treated at same level and will grow with others only.. If you are chamcha of some of the managers you will grow very fast. Some managers do not behave professionally they Will shout at you loudly in work areas in front of everyone.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
