The pandemic has caused great strain and stress for many and we appreciate our team's efforts to pitch in extra when their teammates may be away due to personal or family illness. We have allowed for flexible hours in hopes it helps our Associates find the work-life balance that best suits them. Our Executive and HR teams are always open to any suggestions, should you have any.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
