I am unclear about your statement regarding paid leave. In September of 2014, we rolled out a new Open PTO policy to allow Associates the flexibility to take paid time as needed (some guidelines apply). We did not eliminate paid leave. If you wish to have more clarity on this policy, please reach out to HR at Emtec_HR_Team@emtecinc.com.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
