Typically there is some flexibility allowed in the workday to account for times when off-hour calls are required - such as later start to the day or ending a bit earlier because you will rejoin for a call later. Great to see you've been able to find a good work-life balance.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
