It would seem that you may have joined us just before or during the pandemic which limited your ability to experience the wide variety of fun team events we generally offer.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
