      Since it is a service based company, workload is generally very high. Be prepared to work overtime

Projects do vary and we agree there are times when extra efforts may be required to meet deadlines involving overtime; however, work-life balance is important and communication to a manager and/or HR if workload continues to be very high for long periods is encouraged.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
