Everything depends on the project you are assigned to, in my case my lead is not good and does supports in any case, gives a lot of work pressure.

Here at Bridgenext, we hire the most talented people we can find and invest in their development over the course of their employment. Our project work is varied and full of robust technical challenges. With these client projects, there will be times that there are tight deadlines and we all work together to meet those client deliverables. There are other times during the project lifecycle where our deadlines are not as tight and the workloads are not as heavy.
The project leadership is crucial for the success of the team. If employees feel there is a problem with the project manager or team leader, they should reach out to another manager or to the HR Department to get the support they need.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
