Thanks for your feedback! We promote a culture of flexibility as opposed to micro-management, open communication at all levels, and a fun working atmosphere with competitive compensation packages.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
