Very open to putting you in a position to learn, recently invested in creating a more thorough new hire training course, there are many supportive employees that want to see you succeed/grow, offer 401k matching and bonuses, and management is open to feedback.

Lack of transparency in bonus structure and company performance, lack of communication with upper management, and (once out of onboarding) there is a decrease in the time allotted for trainings and certifications (a consequence of decision making from C-Suite level people). As I was there, all of these contributed in a lack of faith that they were sticking to their core values.
