Everyday in this business is an opportunity. An opportunity to improve your skills and grow professionally. Within the past year I have grown from understanding the basics of the business, which is sales & marketing, to becoming a market manager, where I am responsible for training, growth and development of a team, driving sales, and managing accounts with the biggest retailers in the county. The Management Training Program I went through gave the tools necessary to be a successful salesman, a tremendous coach and the opportunity to make a lot of money. I have always been goal-oriented and to find a company that is driven by daily, weekly, and monthly goals was a breath of fresh air. The growth at Bright Future is totally dependent upon how hard I work and nothing else. For someone who comes from an athletic background like myself, being acknowledged and promoted for hard work means everything. When I walked for my first round interview, I was looking for someplace that was stable and I had an opportunity for growth. I found both HERE!

The opportunity to grow and have a stable work environment far outweighs any con, however nothing comes easy. It takes hard work to be great!!
