      Hi there. I am responding to some of our previous reviews with this message. I am SO sorry you had this experience in your career. As you may know I've taken over as the new CEO as of April 2017. My first immediate priority was to correct the culture which you can see by the most recent reviews has been successfully turned around. We strongly believe in a culture of respect, collaboration, and transparency.
