The immediate and department managers are really helpful and flexible. Co-workers are almost universally pleasant and it's a nice building and location.

The pay is very poor. There is only one health insurance provider you can choose and all options are bad and most local hospitals and doctors do not accept it. There is also no 401k matching. Since prepping and then going public, this company has gutted how it treats and compensates it's employees.

In addition to pay, our employees may be eligible for the following benefits based on their position: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, 401(k), employee discounts, tuition assistance, an employee assistance program, and other company perks such as daily pay. The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
