Toxic culture. Although the company says they value diversity there's very little diverse faces at this company. Ideas from minority workers are not valued. Either play the white corporate game or you're out. Diverse candidates are not valued and protected here. Just stake a look at the reviews. This is a mainly white organization. This a a job, Not a place that you can build a career.
