Great people in AE and AM department, great leaders in upper Management, VP of sales is awesome. Good work/life balance. Good people in SDR org for the most part. Awesome CEO. Great place to work for any role other than SDR level.

Objectively poor SDR manager that works half days in office and sets a terrible example for the SDRs. This SDR manager also has very limited interaction with the SDRs and isolates themselves a lot. SDR leadership is severely lacking. Don't provide warning before firing their tenured reps, plus they will manipulate the numbers and make false claims. They will fire anyone with zero formal warnings even if you are a top performer. Upwards job mobility is not as reasonable as it should be. SDR pay is poor.
