(Expect no reply for at least 1 full day) 5. The management team has more PTO than most of the employees (they are the only people who can work for longer than five years and, as a result, have more PTO than anyone else). 6. very unorganized management; cancels meetings the day before the meeting. 7. No advancement. Department also hire a lot of temp agencies to lower the labor cost) 8. Lack of diversity. All higher management, at least in the Family Support department, all supervisors are one single race.
