Gen X'er here and I have to say that Brightspeed is one of the best places I've ever worked. I have experience with Fortune 50 companies and small-medium businesses, but this is my first time at a start-up. Love the direction of the company and where we're going. I think the company needs to take more risks and better convey how we're a different provider. Marketplace tactics have been a little on the conservative side. Would like to see more creative strategies, tactics and out-of-the-box thinking. But we've only been in business a year, so I'm sure this will happen.
