Deceitful recruiting practices. Read the reviews before you apply. Everything I was told about my position was a lie, ether because the recruiter and hiring manager was just trying to fill the position or they just didn’t know what they were talking about. No resources, causing a terrible work life balance. Managers are creating additional work that doesn’t solve the problems because that do not understand the department they are managing. Twice as much work would get done if they would allow people to do the jobs they were hire for. Instead they are busy covering up the real issues attempting to make reports look good. Leadership takes cares of their friends and family running over everyone else in the process. Simply put chaos!
