As noted in our previous response, we are focused on ensuring continuity for our valued, high-performing team members on the technology team and across the company. Our sizeable technology team includes some of our longest tenured team members at Brightway. We recently made minor modifications to our technology roadmap which resulted in transitioning some of the capabilities required to achieve our long term goals. While we encourage the reapplication of skill sets wherever possible, we regret that these changes impacted a couple of our team members – a rare event that is occasionally unavoidable.
