All comes down to leadership and who you are working for. Also decided after 3 years that remote workers are no longer welcome on the agency side, but is ok for the internal side

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience working with Brightway. It sounds as though your experience is with a franchise location, and you're correct that Brightway Agents have access to more insurance brands than other agents and as a result are able to offer customers more choice than anyone else.
