Lack of proper training, low moral, no accountability, or even learning opportunities come from mistakes. It’s passed to someone else to correct. Policies and procedures are more “guidelines” unless you are not a favorite, Then they are strict enforced policies. There are also many “high up” executives who don’t even hold an insurance license, or understand how to read them. Little to no consideration is taken for employees as people. You are a body to fill a seat and answer a phone. If you are looking to thrive in your career and grow with a company, this is not the place to start.
