Honestly, none. The pay was good at the start and there are some really talented people there. But that’s it.

HR team is a complete and utter joke there. Doesn’t matter how serious a situation is, they will never try to fix anything. Rather they will gaslite you and start pushing you out. The executive team is full of boarderline narcissists. They truly only care about their individual numbers and will actively lie to their teams. They have been pushing out all their star performers because quote “they are getting paid too generously and we need to cut costs”. From someone who has worked in the professional environment for 10+ years this company is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They lie to their employees and clients, they treat anyone who is not worshiping them as below them, they push out everyone and anyone who actually tries to make improvements and they are experiencing more churn than any company I’ve ever seen. Both employees and customers.
