*Work on cardiac device (LVAD) study now in pivotal phase. *Study includes PIs that are the top cardiac surgeons in the industry. *Manageable travel. *Flexible work environment *Annual bonuses and merit increases *Very bright team across the company * Generous travel time and expense policy *Company doing well. Good job stability.

*Small company so CRA team handles a wide range of activities. * Like many smaller companies Internal processes are a work in progress. Have to be flexible and find solutions. *Base salaries are fair but not top tier.
