Unfortunately, to ensure we continue to provide the level of service our customers require and maintain our industry leading position, decisions regarding the deployment of our teams will occasionally need to be made. Unfortunately, as with all organisations, this will occasionally result in redundancy. We can assure you that these decisions are considered extremely carefully, and fair and proper processes are in place to support any member of our team that may be affected.
