- Messy legacy codebase resulting from many years of racing to satisfy clients without much thought given to architecture, including wildly divergent branches deployed in different places. It's not uncommon to encounter something in the codebase that no current employee knows how to explain. I've worked at BriteCore for four months and have done nothing but solve bugs. - Product management has no idea what they are doing; rather than understand the client's needs, BriteCore does what the client asks for.
