We absolutely agree that employees should be recognized for their contributions, and that concerns around management and proper fiscal accountability need to be taken seriously. We already implement several programs and processes that prioritize transparent communication, proper checks and balances, and regular recognition, while constantly reviewing and enhancing our approach. Inventory control does happen at regularly scheduled intervals, and we appreciate that so many of our team members are willing to step up and help during these times, with our most recent inventory count being one of the smoothest to date, thanks to everyone’s efforts.
