Broadband Telecom Services (BTS Cable) is by far the BEST employer I have ever had! Employees are treated like family! They offer great competitive wages, they are always the leader in every field of operation, they are diverse with several different positions available and there is always room for advancement. They offer an excellent benefits package, including 401K, health and dental insurances, as well as several other insurance options available (life, disability, accidental... etc.). They have a very team oriented environment where most employees are cross trained to do several different jobs/roles. They have several locations to work from all over the great state of Texas. They offer paid vacation and sick time, as well as paid on the job training. They are hands down the leader in the Telecommunications Industry, and have great customer relations. You can not pick a better place to work.
