The managers are OK with employees. The engineers are good at their specific expertise. Work and life balance is adequate.

Svantaggi

It doesn't provide profit-sharing bonus for ordinary employees. Only some top engineers, managers and senior executives can get bonus. In addition, it lacks an overall strategy for new business opportunities like cellular. Insufficient investment at a delayed timing makes it unable to compete in this market.
