To get anything done with Broadridge you really need to jump through a bunch of hoops. Wether it was to find the right person to answer your questions or to get approval to work on a specific project or account. Everything was a process. No matter how hard you worked the bonus plan was the same across the board. Meaning a hard worker would get the same % bonus as someone that put in mediocre work. Management did not understand the meaning of Work/Life Balance.
