Fraud company - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative (CSR) presso Brocus IT Solutions

Been working in this company since last 6-7 months was not sure about the joining but thought to give it a try. And it's the best decision I made. The team leaders and the operations here are supportive and there is the growth ladder. With unlimited incentives and plus a long weekend in certain cases which I haven't seen in my previous company. Not much pressure but they make sure that we are achieving our target on time and we are growing as well. Not ever once regretted my decision which i took 6-7 months back!

Everything is best about the company as far as I know

provides salary on time, gives lot of holiday apart from saturday sunday fixed off early loggffs very frequent, vibrating work envoironment very supportive HR , they do for employee whetver is promised, if anyone want to grow financially and professsionally this is the Brocus is the best compnay with wonderful leaders around
