Great management that will try to accommodate you the best they can. The focus on customer service is key but everyone tries to have fun on the mountain at the same time.

You are paid for the hours teaching only. So if you have a 5-hour break during the day you have to stay on standby but you don't actually get paid for waiting.

Friends and coworkers are great

Boss aren’t friendly, Bromont is cheap with its employees and they don’t value them a lot. No space to eat during lunch, also no breaks and always giving them the less possible. Exploiting youngsters.
