Thank you for the candid feedback, it goes a long way in our continued path to improving as a company (and personally as a leader at BrüMate). At a company this size and early in their growth cycle, I acknowledge that the majority of our time is spent building and a lot of our days as a team are focused on navigating the tasks ahead (many of which are created for us) as a group - it's not predictable, and there are definitely curveballs, but the hope is that every team member feels empowered to highlight the issues at hand with their teammates and leadership and work together towards solutions.
