Horribly managed workplace with no support or fairness - Recensione dipendente - Maintenance Technician presso Bryan County, GA

There are no good things about this place we had a crew off 5 and one was part time 2 days a week the crew had two bosses for 5 people one off the maintenance guys can't do maintenance he couldn't even hang a tp holder on the wall he has a job because his sister works for brian county so that leaves me the part time guy for help 2 days a week it was very stressful. I complained and was put on punishment a couple weeks after that was my 6 month evaluation they kept putting it off i asked 3 times anyway thiy ended up firing me and I lost a week and a half vacation time and my job this place is ran horribly
