- Management think it owns you 24/7 - No clarity in anything - Overwhelmed, micro-managing management - Management reluctant at decision making (very insecure) and therefore extremely often changes it’s mind without informing everyone therefore creating chaos and misunderstanding and extra work - Outdated accounting procedures… - Overall great resentment of decisions and implementations of the headquarters in Paris - Little respect for the management from the employees (but no wonder)
