      Brycon is very focused on each employee. There is a strong feeling of camaraderie. Also, Brycon works hard to ensure theft the customer is satisfied. Benefits are good.

      Long hours, just like any other job in construction. Pay was slightly below what peers were receiving right out of college.

I have learned a lot working for this company and even have opportunities to expand my professional knowledge through certifications and classes.
