Decisions made at this company are backwards and based on old fashioned values that no longer apply to the world of work today. hard work is met with no reward and the management/owners don't mind selling you a future filled with great prospects that don't exist.

Management are approachable. Good environment.

Small team so you may not be able to learn from other peoples experiences.
