You have the ability to take ownership of your position and build upon that however much you desire. What you put into your job, you get out. I don't like companies that have a micro-management style of work and BD is not that way at all. You not only have the freedom to come to the table with new ideas or ways of doing things, but it is welcomed! You can "be your own boss" when it comes to your job, and as long as you take your job seriously and do your best, this will be the ideal workplace for you. The environment and atmosphere is great, laid back and fun. Everyone at BD is able to do fun things and enjoy great perks as a company, but it's only because we all put the hard work in to deserve fun time every once in a while.

If you are not a go-getter or okay with working in a fast paced environment, this wouldn't be the right fit for you. I think people who haven't worked out at this company, needed people over their shoulder telling them what they needed to work on everyday otherwise not much got done. This is not a place where you will be micro-managed, so if you need that in order to stay on task, keep looking!
