The work environment is very nice. Both the physical office space and the general office atmosphere are relaxing and help me be productive. I enjoy my coworkers and view their skills positively. The hours and pay are fair. It is fun to work for a business that helps important people make important decisions. Further, the business is a nice size (small to medium): It is still small enough that you don't feel lost in a massive bureaucracy... you can actually affect change on things. It's not so small though, where job security becomes an issue. I enjoy the individual tasks that I work on... they're challenging/stimulating but not overwhelming. After four years, I continue to learn new things day in and day out.

A decent portion of the labor of the company is performed during the night. This schedule is obviously challenging for those who work it. It also presents some extra communication challenges for those (like me) who work during the day, but need to work with the night staff. I occasionally need to work funny hours to help bridge this time difference.
