STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will feed you lies to get you to work for them. Unless you want to have 5 different job titles and barely get paid for one, stay away. Owners are super rude and won’t even speak to you until “you earn their respect” and even then don’t care anything about you. Communicating how you feel and what you think will get you nowhere, you’ll just be told your opinion doesn’t matter. If you do happen to get hired on and make one too many mistakes they can’t even hold a meeting they will just text you after you finish your shift. i’ve seen multiple people walk away from meetings in tears from the frustration and rudeness. You will also never grow at this company, no reviews or raises ever.
