The leadership team works hand in hand with all employees, so you are not just a name, you actually build relationships with the whole organization. The team is very family focused, and as we grow, we are always reminded to remember where we started. The office culture is fantastic, and they are constantly looking for ways to improve not only office culture, but career culture as well.

Things are constantly changing, so the knowing the job can be challenging if you are away for more than a few days. They do their best to update you, but sometimes those changes are not well documented.

- The managers here really strive to adapt to any situation that may arise as there’s a strong interest in keeping everyone happy within their team - If you show up as you should and show determination, you will easily be given trust with other responsibilities - The company is really good about recognition and they have an internal award called Bumps Best, where they publicly and financially award someone who’s went above and beyond - This is probably the first job I’ve worked at with absolutely NO micromanaging. You are in charge of your day to day activities and you list your priorities daily (out of your assigned lists of duties)

- Little to no room for growth in the sense of raises or title changes - If you’re doing something good, even if you’re absolutely struggling to get it done by yourself, there’s no rush for management to hire extra help
